Our partner is BPost, and we offer a unified delivery option:
Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you, directly to your mailbox. If it is not big and you are absent, a notice will be left with you, allowing you to choose a new delivery date.
For all orders outside Belgium, we charge the BPost delivery costs according to the current rates.

- Home delivery is is available in thirty countries in Europe (with signature)
- You can track the progress of your parcel on www.bpost.be at any time.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with the Product (we hope this does not happen), you can return the Product. You will bear the cost of the return according to the current rates of the Post Office. Here are the steps:
- Send an email to info@yumequita.com with the return request.
- Print and attach the return slip received by email on the parcel.
- Drop off the package at a Post Office
- You will receive the refund once the package is received back at YUMEQUITA's Head-Quarter.

The products ordered by the customer will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering on the YUMEQUITA website.
Delivery is constituted by the transfer to the client of physical possession or control of the product.
Except in exceptional cases or the unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered will be delivered in one go.
The seller undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Client within the deadlines specified above. However, these deadlines are provided for informational purposes only. If the products ordered have not been delivered within 20 days after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the act of the customer, the sale may be cancelled at the written request of the client.
The sums paid by the client will then be reimbursed to the client no later than 14 days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or withholding.
In the event of non-conformity of the delivered Product, the Seller undertakes to remedy it or to reimburse the Client, as indicated in Article 9: "Seller's Liability – Warranty".
Deliveries are made by BPost, to the address mentioned by the Customer when placing the order and to which the carrier can easily access.
When the Client has himself taken care of using a carrier that he chooses himself, the delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the Products ordered by the Seller are handed over to the carrier as soon as he has handed over the Products sold to the carrier who has accepted them without reservation. The Client therefore acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the carrier to make the delivery and has no recourse in warranty against the Seller in the event of non-delivery of the transported goods.
In the event of a specific request from the Client concerning the packaging or transport conditions of the Products ordered, duly accepted in writing by the Seller, the related costs will be subject to an additional specific invoice, based on a quote previously accepted in writing by the Client.
The Client is responsible for checking the condition of the delivered Products. They have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to make their request by e-mail to the info@yumequita.com address and notify any reservations or complaints for non-conformity or apparent defect of the Products delivered (e.g. damaged package, package already opened, etc.), with all the relevant supporting documents (photos in particular). After this period and in the absence of compliance with these formalities, the Products will be deemed to be compliant and free of any apparent defect and no claim can be validly accepted by the Seller.
The Seller shall reimburse or replace, as soon as possible and at its own expense, the Products delivered whose lack of conformity, or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Client and those provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (see warranties, among others).
