Data Protection

In accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which came into force in Belgium on July 30, 2018, the Client has, at any time, the right to access, rectify, oppose, delete, and transfer all his personal data by writing, by post and providing proof of his identity, to the Seller's address mentioned above.

 Intellectual property

The content of the YUMEQUITA website is the property of the Seller and its partners and is protected by Belgian and international laws relating to intellectual property.

Any total or partial reproduction of this content is forbidden and is constituting an infringement of copyright.

 Non-foreseeability

In the event of a change in circumstances unforeseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the Party who has not accepted to assume a risk of excessively onerous performance may request a renegotiation of the contract from its co-contractor.

Force majeure

 The Parties cannot be liable if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of their obligations, as described herein, results from a case of “force majeure”. Under Belgian law, a “force majeure” event is defined as an event of an insurmountable and unforeseeable nature, independent of any fault of the debtor, which prevents the debtor from performing its obligations, while remaining within the limits of the diligence that may be expected 

 Applicable law – Language

 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the operations resulting from them are governed by Belgian law.

They are written in English. If they are translated into one or more languages, only the English text will be authentic in the event of a dispute.

Disputes

All disputes to which the purchase and sale transactions concluded pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale may give rise, concerning their validity, interpretation, execution, termination, and consequences, and which could not be resolved between the seller and the customer, shall be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of ordinary law.

The client is informed that he may, in any case, have recourse to conventional mediation with the Consumententombudsdienst or to any alternative dispute resolution method (e.g., conciliation) in the event of a dispute.

 Pre-contractual information – Acceptance by the Client

 The fact that a natural (or legal) person orders on the YUMEQUITA website implies full acceptance and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the obligation to pay for the Products ordered, which is expressly acknowledged by the Client, who waives the right to rely on any contradictory document, which would be unenforceable against the Seller.
